Our employees’ knowledge and competence are the keys our success

We strive to ensure that each employee can work to their full potential. Continuous development, as individuals, in teams and in the organizations is central to the ELITS ethos.

There are often many different ways to achieve individual development goals. Working with your line manager, we’ll produce a plan that’s tailored to your needs and preferences. For example, it could be a combination of approaches, such as sharing experience with a colleague, practical testing, taking a course, taking part in future-oriented seminars and/or using the online platforms for learning that we offer our employees.

Developments journeys at ELITS differ from person to person. One employee might want to specialize in a certain area, whereas another might want to broaden their competence. Customer assignments can be local or central; other require global delivery with the world as your workplace. Moving between customers and gaining experience of different environments might also be part of an employee’s journey of development. In tandem with your line manager, you set up a development plan that benefits you and ELITS…and our customers of course.
