Linköping, Sweden, april 29 2021.Iver has acquired ELITS, one of Sweden’s leading consultancy and manpower services companies in the field of cloud-based IT operations for organisations with particularly demanding infrastructure, security, and regulatory compliance requirements. The acquisition will expand Iver’s advisory and consultative abilities while simultaneously further strengthening its position as a leading multi-cloud partner.

The acquisition of ELITS is another step forward on Iver’s journey to becoming the leading advisory partner in multi-cloud solutions, with the ability to realise digital transformation and modernise IT infrastructure. The focus is on cloud and security services, and on services with high level regulatory compliance for demanding customers.
